Charley Hofffman finishes 10th in FEDEX Cup Race
Charley Hoffman enjoyed his best year on TOUR this season with a win at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba in November, followed by two runner-up finishes and two additional top 10 finishes. “I wish I could have had a little better finish the last couple weeks of the season but overall I am really happy with the outcome of the year. The goal every year is to win and I got that done, so 2015 goes down as a successful year.”
With Hoffman’s solid performance in 2015, he has confirmed entry in all of the 2016 Majors and World Golf Championship events. “It’s nice to have a general sense of what my schedule will look like in 2016 and I look forward to building on the experience I had at the Majors this year. My experience at the Masters this year was really eye opening and I look forward to attacking Augusta again next April.”
Next up for Hoffman will be a little down time with his family in San Diego and then to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks to conduct the Charley Hoffman Foundation Las Vegas Pro-Am. “I am really proud of the work we are doing in Las Vegas and San Diego with my foundation. Stacy and I feel very fortunate to be in a position to support charities we feel passionate about in our hometown communities.”
Hoffman’s 2016 season will kick off at The Shriner’s Hospitals for Children Open at TPC Summerlin on October 22nd.
